Community rules
Posts on TellKasi go live straight away, so everyone shares the job of keeping it useful and safe. If you see a post that breaks these rules, tap Flag on it. When enough people flag a post it is hidden until a moderator reviews it.
Report what is real
Post what you have seen or experienced yourself: a pothole, no water, a price, a closed clinic. Do not post rumours as facts.
No personal details
Do not post phone numbers, ID numbers or email addresses, yours or anyone else’s. Posts that contain them are held for a moderator before they are shown.
Do not name or target private people
Report the problem, not the person. Reports about a private home are shown only at street level, and accusations against individuals are removed.
No hate, threats or abuse
Abusive or hateful language is held for a moderator and removed. Repeated abuse can block an account.
No adverts or spam
Posts with links are checked by a moderator first. The same post repeated is refused, and each person has a daily posting limit.
Photos must show the scene
Show the pothole, the leak or the queue, not people’s faces or number plates. We remove location data from every photo, and moderators remove photos that identify people.
What moderators do
Moderators review held and flagged posts. They can publish, hold or remove a post, or remove a single photo. When a post is removed, the person who posted it sees why in their reports, and it stops counting as evidence. Decisions are recorded and can be reversed.
In an emergency
TellKasi does not send help. Call 10111 (police), 10177 (ambulance) or 112 from any cellphone first.
